1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with A1VisionDetailing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all mobile car detailing services, including interior, exterior, bundle, and ceramic coating packages.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional mobile car detailing services at your location. Service details, estimated duration, and inclusions are described on our service cards and package dialogs. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and prior damage.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be made through our official booking link. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and add-ons. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure the vehicle is accessible, parked in a safe location, and has enough space for us to work. Remove personal valuables before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or missing items left inside the vehicle.
6. Liability & Damage
We take great care with every vehicle. However, A1VisionDetailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose trim, peeling paint, or electrical issues that may be aggravated during normal detailing procedures. Any concerns should be reported before service begins.
7. Weather & Rescheduling
Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. In case of heavy rain, snow, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment at no extra charge. We will contact you as soon as possible if rescheduling is needed.
8. Satisfaction & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
Promotional offers and gift cards must be used within their stated validity period and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
